In this Moving Meditation session, we will first awaken our deep-seated source of vitality while witnessing what is—body movements, thoughts, emotions. Then, as physical activity gradually ceases, a special full-length Yoga Nidra guided meditation session will kick in to unhurriedly usher us home, straight into that vast sea of tranquility that is our natural state.
